Fariñas and the Baguio City Police Office (BCPO) for the barangay officials to enhance the capability building in the campaign against illegal drugs held last November 15 and 16, 2011, a culminating activity was held last November 25, 2011 to recognize the barangays, schools, non-government organizations and private individuals for their outstanding contributions in the fight against illegal drug abuse.
