BAGUIO CITY, Dec. 7 (PIA) -- The Benguet Electric Cooperative, Inc. (BENECO) has installed 24 Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) camera units in strategic locations in Baguio and La Trinidad, Benguet to help keep peace and order in the community.
