Three male motorcycle robbers were arrested last week through a joint buy-bust operation of La Trinidad and Tublay policemen.

The three suspects were believed to be behind various missing motorcycles in the municipality of La Trinidad.
Policemen of La Trinidad were informed of a motorcycle being sold for P10,000 in Km. 21, Ambassador, Tublay by an informant. They immediately coordinated with Tublay police last November 30 at 6:30 a.m.
Personnel from La Trinidad police station went to the area with the Tublay police to conduct surveillance activity at 9:30 a.m. of the same date.
A Trinidad cop posed as a buyer and ordered the two suspects to meet him in a certain gasoline station where suspects were arrested.
The suspects identified as Maynardo Magallanes, 19, a security guard in Km. 21, Ambassador, Tublay; and Jurist Decoyna Bugtong, 18, jobless and a native of Bakun.
Magallanes and Decoyna revealed their other companion Kerrxell Quinagon, 24, farmer and resident of Buguias, which resulted to his arrest in Abatan, Buguias.
La Trinidad Administrative Police Officer Victoriano Paac said Magallanes and Decoyna were arrested while riding in tandem on a stolen motorcycle in Tublay, while Quinagon was arrested in Barangay Abatan, Buguias on the warrant of arrest issued by the Regional Trial Court Branch 64.
Paac advised the owners of motorcycles to secure first their property before parking or leaving them to avoid same incident. - (SunStar / by Rubyloida Bitog)
