“Our board takers were inspired by our Governor Leonard Mayaen because he just recently gave P500,000,000 for laboratory equipment and other school needs of the students of criminology,” said MPSPC president Nieves Dacyon.
She said the criminology students were challenged with the present situation of the school.
However, Dacyon said the school is now going back to its regular routine. There are a total of 3,400 enrollees for the current semester.
Students realized they cannot close the school because it is to their disadvantage.
Dacyon said many have already supposedly taken the side of the administration. She is hopeful problems in the institution will soon be over.
Dacyon’s presidency was challenged after majority of faculty members and students accused her of mismanagement and malversation of funds.
Meanwhile, Rexann Altamirano Tarle of the Philippine College of Criminology ranked second after Canilang with 90.50 percent rating. Third palce is Resty Sacatani Astrero of the Angeles University Foundation with 90 percent.
