Abalos is afraid if the City Council will not give in to the threat, the group might just think of conducting their business in the Valley.
He said an immediate measure from the town council will prevent the displaced firecracker vendors from the city to relocate to the peaceful capital town which is mostly preoccupied with its multi-million peso agriculture industry.
