The Technohub, ALI’s first integrated mixed-use development, is comprised of call centers, a number of restaurants, other retail stores and offices spaces.

Phase 1 of the development includes a BPO building now occupied by Convergys and a retail complex, which now holds Pancake House, Pan de Manila, 7-11, BPI, Army Navy, Starbucks and Yellow Cab. By the end of the year, Everything Nice, Pizza Volante, Seafood Island, Bratpack, Res-Toe-Run and R.O.X, a multi-brand store showcasing a variety of active and outdoor brands, are expected to open.

The Ayala development in Camp John Hay, worth around P3 billion upon completion in five years, is geared towards capturing the fast-growing niche in business process outsourcing in Baguio City, as well as the dynamic tourism industry.

It is believed that ALI chose Camp John Hay as its location for its Technohub because of the tax incentives and business-friendly environment within the John Hay Special Economic Zone.

BCDA and JHMC welcome the Ayala developments in the CJH as it will substantially increase employment in the city and spur the local economies within the BLISTT.

It is expected to generate among locals some 20,000 jobs, most from the business process outsourcing aspect.
